SHIPPING POLICY

We guarantee your order will be packed promptly and with care. However, once it leaves our warehouse, delivery times depend on carrier schedules and may be subject to delays. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you have concerns, please track your shipment or contact the carrier directly.
Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! Email cs@steelmillgifts.com or call (800) 992-3006.. Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse, because we're working quickly to get it to your doorstep!
PROCESSING
Shipment processing times: All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Free standard shipping in the contiguous USA on orders $50+
- $6.95 standard shipping in the contiguous USA on orders under $50
- International rates vary—find out at checkout
METHODS AND TRANSIT TIMES
- USPS Standard / 7-10 days
- UPS Ground* / 4-7 days
- UPS Second Day Air / 2 days
- UPS Next Day Air / 1 day
- International / options will vary-find out at checkout
*Please note that this isn’t an expedited shipping method.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
- Orders placed after 7 am CST on Friday will process the following Monday.
- The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
- We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
- Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
- UPS does not ship on weekends.
- UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required!
DAMAGES
Steel Mill Gifts does its best to package your order safely and securely. If your item arrives damaged, we’d love to make it right. Reach out to us as cs@steelmillgifts.com so we can send a replacement.
