  • Free standard shipping in the contiguous USA on orders $50+
  • $6.95 standard shipping in the contiguous USA on orders under $50

Order Information

  • For orders placed while signed in to your account, sign in and visit your Order History to get tracking. 
  • We’re unable to change or cancel an order once it’s placed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please contact us at cs@steelmillandco.com for any additional information.
  • Orders placed after 7 am CST on Friday will process the following Monday.
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit-expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
  • We're not responsible for UPS or USPS shipping delays.
  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
  • UPS does not ship on weekends.
  • UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes-a valid street address is required.

 

Returns

  • To start a return for items fulfilled by SteelMillandCo.com, email cs@steelmillandco.com.
  • You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return request.
  • You cannot return or exchange items that were free gifts, promotional items with retail value, or marked as final sale.
  • A $5.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please allow approximately 7-14 business days for return processing after we receive your return. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 3-5 business days to credit back to your requested form of payment.
  • All items should be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for returns delivered outside of the US - please contact cs@steelmillandco.com for more information.
